RRA causes OpenSim 3.0 to crash

Detailed description
Currently, I am opening OpenSim, loading a model, loading an RRA setup file, and then trying to run RRA. When I first hit the run button, things seem to be working, but within 30 seconds, OpenSim crashes. I've attached the RRA Setup file. Let me know if you need any other files.
