Capitalization is wrong for SimTKlapack.lib on Windows

Detailed description
I downloaded the one-CPU Windows Opteron build. Everything worked fine. I noticed that the two library files used different capitalization: SimTKlapack.dll simTKlapack.lib This is not a critical issue since Windows ignores case, but it could cause trouble with CMake searches and will certainly give Paul a heart attack! Date: 2006-07-24 20:43 Sender: Jack Middleton Problem occured when the SimTKlapack_about and SimTKlapack_version symbols were added as exported symbols. The .lib file was added to the packages by hand and got renamed incorrectly in the process. The build still generates the correct library names.
