Summary:
In the model output by RRA, previously-enabled Probe is disabled

Detailed description
I have a Umberger2010MuscleMetabolicsProbe in my model. I run RRA with this model, and RRA complains that the actuators I list in the Probe do not exist in the model, which is correct, because RRA replaces the force set containing the muscles (at least this is my understanding). It's fine that RRA complains.

But, the model produced by RRA sets isDisabled to true for my probe, when previously I had not set this property for the probe (so I assume it was false).

I assume this is because it couldn't find the muscles I listed in the Probe. But maybe RRA just disables all probes?

Anyway, I then use this RRA-output model for CMC, for which the probe should not be disabled. So each time I run RRA, I must manually edit the model file, when I don't feel I should need to.

Hi Chris,

The behavior in RRA is justified by the removal of the muscles as you expected. From there on it's hard to tell if the probe is disabled by the user or for any other reason so the code doesn't go out of the way to enable probes that are disabled. You can select all disabled probes and decide to enable them in the GUI but I don't know of a better/automated way. If you have ideas please send them around.

Thanks
