Detailed description
I created a ScaleTool setup with a value for MarkerPlacer's output_model_file as something like subdir/mymodel.osim. This works fine from the command line (using the scale / scale.exe executable). However, if I load this file in the GUI and run Scale, I get an error. The GUI is unable to save my output model and Scale doesn't complete in the GUI. If I remove 'subdir/', the issue goes away. However, I'd like to be able to have the output model file end up in another directory.
