Bhargava probe: cannot use default Parameters

Detailed description
The Bhargava probe Parameter class has default values, but we cannot make use of these when calling Bhargava...Probe::addMuscle(), because we must always supply values for parameters in the addMuscle() method. Add an addMuscle() method that only takes the muscle name, and uses the default parameters.
