loading model issue

Detailed description
OpenSim hangs anytime I try to open a model like Gait2354 or Gait2392 from my workstation. Additionally OpenSim will not launch from our lab computer. I was able to launch it a few weeks ago but now cannot launch version 3.1 or 3.2. Has something in my account become corrupted? Thanks, nate
