Extra time control for Analyze while using analyze tool from Matlab.

Detailed description
Once I call 'analyzeTool.run();' in Matlab, I don't have any control on it. If I have to stop it in between then the only choice I have is to forcefully close Matlab. Please add an option to terminate analyzeTool.run(); if it exceeds a certain time. Because many times the analyze tool freezes and then I don't have any choice other than forcefully close Matlab. It wastes a lot of time especially when I am running a batch of files. Thank you.
