Summary:
Inverse Kinematics Not Analyzing Final Time Frame

Detailed description
Sometimes an OpenSim inverse kinematics analysis does not analyze the final time frame at the end of the analysis. For other marker motion input files, it analyzes all the time frames no problem. We cannot find any rhyme or reason for why some IK analyses omit the last time frame while others do not, though the problem does appear to be specific to the marker motion .trc file being used. The only difference we can see between .trc files that do and do not analyze the last time frame is in the form of the DataRate and CameraRate values. If the last time frame gets analyzed, DataRate and CameraRate are "clean" numbers (like 60.7500), whereas if the last time frame does not get analyzed, DataRate and CameraRate have lots of decimal places (like 60.7498617654). We are using OpenSim 3.3 on a Windows 10 computer.
