Detailed description
Currently, walls can only be blended by manually inputting the radius for each pair of walls. Ideally, SimVascular could allow for importing of text files specifying wall pairs & their corresponding radii. This is especially important for pulmonary models with 100+ outlets.

Date: 2017-09-29 18:33 Sender: Ingrid Lan In addition, it'd be great if SimVascular could determine all pairs of touching walls (at bi/trifurcations) - either based on the user's naming conventions (to start with, for simplicity), or based on overlapping contours. Currently, the new GUI lists out all possible combinations, which isn't very helpful.
