Unable to open the OSIM file.

Detailed description
Whenever I try to open the soccer kicking model an error pops up every time. This error says "Component 'SoccerBallKickingModel' could not find 'ground' of type ContactGeometry. Make sure a component exists at this path and that it is of the correct type. Thrown at component.h:756 in getComponent()." When I looked in the geometry folder nested in the main folder it in fact does not contain any file by the name of "ground".
