Failed to load OpenSim Libraries

Detailed description
Hello,

I just installed OpenSim 4.0 and when I try to launch the program the following error pops up twice.

Error: Failed to load OpenSim Libraries
Failed to load one or more dynamic libraries for OpenSim.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no osimJavaJNI in java.library.path
Make sure OpenSim's bin directory is on your path

This error pops up twice and I hit ok twice the program launches, however I am unable to use the file button in the top left corner.

Hi, what worked for me was opening the OpenSim64 application instead of the OpenSim application in the bin folder.

FOLOW this instruction:
in windows10:
1.In Search, search for and then select: System (Control Panel)
2.Click the Advanced system settings link.
3.Click Environment Variables. In the section System Variables find the PATH environment variable and select it. Click Edit. If the PATH environment variable does not exist, click New.
4.variable name: PATH / variable value:C:\OpenSim 4.0\bin
5.and click OK
6.enjoy work with OpenSim

Some context would help. I assume this is on Windows x64 and that you have no other OpenSim installation on the machine, if not please remove/uninstall it.

Similar issues have been reported on machines that have some in-house custom environment that breaks access to the runtime libraries needed for OpenSim (the message is misleading since you don't need the libraries on Path). If this is a school computer you should report to IT as OpenSim 4.0 has been successfully installed on thousands of machines around the world already.
