osim 4.0: CMD line execution (RRA or CMC) not working for coordinate coupler

Detailed description
OpenSim 4.0 osim file with coordinate couplers (patellar movement using knee joint angle) does not run RRA/CMC in the command line execution, showing an error message (attached). However, the same model and setup file run on GUI. BTW: a model file in OpenSim 3 with the same couplers works in both command line and GUI.
