I'm on a Mac 10.14.1 (Movaje). Before, everything was working fine in both OpenSim 4.0 and 4.1.
Right now, when I load in any model, the visualizer shows the model at first, but any changes in displaying bones/muscles or changes in the coordinate slider are not shown by the visualizer (screenshot 1). This is the case for both OpenSim 4.0 and 4.1, and remains the same after reinstallation. Interestingly, when the visualizer stops working and I open a link to the visualizer in my browser (http://localhost:8002/threejs/editor/index.html), all changes are visualized, so this is still working (screenshot 2).
