Can't install plugin

Detailed description
I'm having issues to install any plugin - I've been following instructions on https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/display/OpenSim/Using+Plugins but when I go on OpenSim>Tools>User Plugins, nothing shows up. Could anyone please help? I'm using OpenSim version 4.1 on a windows machine. Thanks.
