Ran ISIM on 24 DNA duplex file on both Mac and PC.
On both a very large log file (coming from a large isim error file) was produced. The file was > 200 MB and contained among others the attached content.
On teh mac coudl not open Pymol after run -- possibly because of lack or memory -- btu reason is unclear.
Results appear consistent between mac and PC.
