Summary:
Python API example crashes spyder kernel

Detailed description
I have been trying to use the manager.integrate function in the Python API, such as described here: https://simtk.org/api_docs/opensim/api_docs/classOpenSim_1_1Manager.html#aadec36a0fcf34c2654d9737baf4a961d

I want to integrate an increment of time, update the model state, and integrate another portion of time, etc (see last example of integrate()). However, after the first iteration through the for loop, the Ipython kernel crashes and does not seem to generate any other error.

I am using an anaconda environment with python 3.7 and OpenSim 4.1 on a Windows 64-bit system. I have attached a print out of my anaconda packages, the code I am trying to run, and a screenshot of the Spyder IDE output. If anyone can direct me how to address this or whether it is simply a bug, I would be grateful.
