OpenSim 4.2 Application crashes after IMU IK Tool

Detailed description
BUG 1) After running the "IMU Inverse Kinematics Tool" from the OpenSim 4.2 gui the application will crash if you try to reopen the "IMU Inverse Kinematics Tool" dialog again. BUG 2) If you use the "IMU Inverse Kinematics Tool" from the OpenSim 4.2 gui and hit the run button, after choosing the sensor orientation file, you will get en empty error message (screenshot attached). But, if you click on "Weights..." and "OK" you will be able to run the IMU IK.
