Summary:
Experimental Force Plate Data Offset

Detailed description
Hello,
I am currently implementing the sheep hindlimb model (https://simtk.org/projects/sheep_hind_limb) with my own data set. I have successfully previewed experimental marker data and force plate data within the GUI, but am having issues when syncing the two files. The experimental marker data and experimental force plate data are offset such that force vectors appear at the incorrect location. I have tried to transform both the marker data and force plate data in an attempt to align them, but there is still an offset. The transform is rotating both the force plate data and the marker data about the origin of the original capture volume and not origin of OpenSim. After taking a look at the raw force plate .mot file, the GUI does not appear to be displaying the force plate center of pressure in the correct location. For example, the center of pressure of plate 1 in the data file is (0.254, 0, -0.232) while in the GUI the location appears to be at (0.254, 0 , 0.232). For context, the .trc and .mot files were exported directly from Vicon Nexus. I have attached both the .trc and .mot files.
