Matlab codes for performing simulations of human movement using an implicit direct collocation method with the model from Miller & Hamill (2015), DOI: 10.1016/j.jbiomech.2015.04.019. The package contains many M-files. The only file the user needs to run to perform simulations is the "Go.m" file. The code requires the Matlab interface for IPOPT in order to run.

Zip file of Matlab codes for running implicit direct collocation simulations of human movement with a 2D musculoskeletal model (http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jbiomech.2015.04.019). The code has been developed and used exclusively on the Mac version of Matlab (R2015b) but should work fine on other versions. Please contact Ross Miller (rosshm@icloud.com) with any issues.
