Provides code for skeletal muscle models, experimental data for developing and validating muscle models, and a forum for discussing needs and applications of different muscle models.
This project has three main purposes: to be a repository for experimental data from human muscle (single fiber to in vivo) which can be used for model development and testing models; to be a repository for code of muscle models in a variety of formats (C, Matlab, Simulink, etc); and to generate lively debate about muscle modeling and create “standards” for muscle modeling.
