class OpenSim::Component::CacheVariable< T >

A cache variable containing a value of type T.

• A CacheVariable is a handle to the cache variable's value and validity
• Derived classes may declare CacheVariable members (ideally, as private members), which grants them strongly-typed access to cache variable values
• CacheVariable should be initialized with Component::addCacheVariable; usually, in the Component::extendAddToSystem method. A cache variable's value will not be valid until after Component::realizeTopology is called
