Raj - The first part describes 'credible' as it is... the second part starts getting into the elements of what makes the practice/model/simulation credible, and the process, etc. These could be incorporated in specific sub-definitions of phrases that use the adjective 'credible' in them (e.g., credible practice, credible model, etc.). So, the definition of the term could just be restricted to the first part.
