Schedule and Instructions

To contribute to the glossary, please the follow these steps:

1. We recommended that you Login using your SimTK account, but it is not required.
2. Navigate down to the term or phrase you're interested in contributing to. You can use the link provided on the table of contents or by scrolling down on the page.
3. Click on the term or phrase to navigate to the page where you can add to the list of definitions for the term or phrase
4. Once you're on the page of interest, click on the "Edit (Text)" link on the upper left corner of the page to navigate to the simple text editor that will allow you to add your definitions
5. Type your contribution within the simple text editor field at the appropriate location for "Dictionary Definition", "Committee Definition", "Domain Specific Usage" or "Notes"
6. Press the "Save Changes" button to exit the editor and view the results of your contribution
7. To make edits to your contributions, repeat steps 4-6

• CPMS Task Team Coordinators (see CPMS Task Teams) interact with AC Team Members to describe and discuss the activity

by November 30, 2013

• CPMS Task Team Coordinators contribute and collect terms and definitions

until January 31, 2014

• CPMS Task Team Coordinators consolidate and publish glossary of terms

until February 28, 2014

• CPMS Committee Members and Advisory Council provide final feedback on glossary of terms

by March 31, 2014

• CPMS Committee will publish the final version of glossary that will be included in the first version of the "Guidelines for Credible Practice of Modeling and Simulation in Healthcare". The first version of the guideline will be published in late 2014.
