Contents

CMULTIS001-1

mock

  • No Optorak collected, software under development

CMULTIS002-1

mock

  • Extremity : Leg

  • Optotrak output incorrectly indexed, not all data stored

CMULTIS002-2

mock

  • Extremity : Leg

  • Optotrak data correctly corrected

CMULTIS002-3

mock

  • Extremity : Arm

  • Humerus sensor file required debugging
  • Firewall on Tyler's account prevented Optotrak connection, another was able to establish a connection

CMULTIS003-1

  • Extremity : Arm

  • Optotrak triax is thought to have come loose, skewing relative probe position for 4 positions in lower arm.

CMULTIS004-1

  • Extremity : Leg

  • Optotrak attachment plugs modified to receive #4-1 zinc plated screws instead of #3-3/4 brass screws to strengthen triax connection.
  • Posterior lower leg ultrasound targeted fibula instead of tibia
  • A new technique was developed to assist in determining lower tissue boundary in order to differentiate bone layers from tissue layers. By palpating the skin while viewing ultrasound, it is possible to see the compression of tissue or non-compression of bone.
  • Data Analysis
  • Extremity : Arm

  • All digitized points for humerus registration markers stored as identical coordinates.
  • The optotrak cluster attached to the lower arm was not visible during posterior lower arm trials although no error messages were reported.
  • An existing analysis script is being modified to check all collected data after each trial on the data collection computer.
  • A retest of lower arm is scheduled for this Wednesday the 6/7/17.
  • The optotrak markers will be placed in the exact same location, using the same screw holes if possible.
  • If optotrak makers can be placed in same location, the lower arm registration will be compared from the first set to the new set, and if little difference is detected, the new upper arm registration data may be used
  • RETEST: Arm

    • The adapted analysis script was successfully used to check data immediately following the experiment. All data was stored.

CMULTIS005-1

  • Extremity : Leg

  • No protocol deviation
  • Extremity : Arm
