Troubleshooting Shortcuts
- IP address must be updated to connect Optotrak to LabVIEW
- Surgical Tools location:
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2016\vi.lib\BioRobotics\Sensor Drivers\NDI Optotrak\Functions\Optotrak Default Configuration
- In Vitro US location:
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2015\vi.lib\BioRobotics\Sensor Drivers\NDI Optotrak\Functions\Optotrak Default Configuration
- Surgical Tools location:
Open Command Prompt > type in ipconfig
- check IPv4 address
- copy to the above files in two locations on each file, then save
- now Optotrak will connect to LabVIEW, do not typically need to restart app or computer but try if needed.
