Immediate Action Items:

Notes:

  1. Discuss immediate action items from past meetings.
    • All action items were related to the recurring agenda items; refer to discussions below.
  2. In vivo testing progress.
    • Experimentation continued as anticipated.
  3. Readiness for in vitro testing.
    • Tara reviewed the instrumented ultrasound coordinate system and verified its accuracy.
    • Tara tested the load cell for in vitro and in vivo to ensure consistency.
    • Tyler will conduct another mock ultrasound experiment on CMULTIS002 and schedule the first arm mock.
    • Tyler updated linus software to reflect correctly ordered spherical marker registration and ultrasound location sits.
  4. Data analysis update.
    • Data analysis continued as expected.
  5. Modeling & simulation specifications.

    • For comprehensive evaluation of morphing scripts, Ben prefers to have a complete data set from the next leg mock. He will continue with artificial data for prototyping purposes.
    • Ahmet developed a simple Blender script to cap the ends of two triangulates surfaces and have a boolean operation to cut the outer surface with the inner. This will help using surfaces representing skin, fat, muscle and bone boundaries to generate skin, fat, and muscle volumes. Ben will develop this further.
  6. Decide immediate action items for next meeting.
    • See Immediate Action Items above.
  7. Other.
    • Rici found a few issues while testing the data management system. She has notified the development team and provided requests for related features.
