Notes:
- Manuscripts update.
- Ahmet and Tammy reviewed the revisions that Rici made for the in vivo indentation paper. Rici made updates to the revision and is waiting for Ahmet to review a final time before submission. Ahmet will be able to review in the first week of March.
- Tyler has finished the first draft of the in vitro data paper. He will get feedback from a few of the team members prior to submitting to Ahmet for review.
- Tyler will start working on the surgical tools data paper now. We discussed the need to investigate the Vic3D strain data and the potential reuse of the data prior to submission (specifically the description of strain used in Vic3D). It would also be useful to understand how comparison to simulation surface strain would be done.
- Ben is still working on the model assembly paper. The case studies are complete, however they are not organized yet. He will upload to Midas prior to releasing to the public.
- Data dissemination update.
- Stanford University team is in a supporting role. Cleveland Clinic team is waiting for integration of data dissemination sites to SimTK.
- In vitro testing status.
- Tyler is waiting to get 8020 to move the Mach 1 to the tissue testing room.
- We are still waiting for arm and leg specimens from a final donor.
Modeling & simulation status.
- High performance computing is back up this week. Sean will work on getting inverse FEA running.
- Ben fixed the quadratic wedge element issue with the model assembly scripts. He suggested using the HPC for model assembly of "non-simple" meshes. The scripts have been updated in the repository.
- Ben is working on a wiki page to explain the layered model development process. Sean will follow his workflow and update details as needed.
- Ellen will start working with Sofa.
- Sean will use the updated data overview plots to examine the jumping of the data prior to running the inverse FEA.
- Review of action items from past meeting.
- All action items were related to the agenda items; refer to discussions above.
- Decide action items for next meeting.
- See Ongoing Action Items above.
- Other.
- Tammy will continue working with Ahmet and the rest of the team to help clean up the wiki pages for MULTiS.
