Getting Started

Registering

If you have not registered for the site, you will need to create an account by clicking the Register button.

• You will receive and e-mail once your account has been approved so that you have access to the data

Main Page

After logging in, you will see the main page. To begin searching and downloading data, click the Search and Download Data button.

You have three options - Browse, Query, or Download latest snapshot

• Browse allows you to look through the data that is available to download
• Query allows you to search the database for data corresponding to your specified search criteria (i.e. gender, age, activity level, etc.)

  • Note that there is a default rule to only include Accepted trials - this excludes trials that were re-done during data collection due to experimental errors (i.e. data was not collected, forces were too high for anatomical trials, etc.)

• Download latest snapshot is a pre-prepared zipped archive of ALL the project data (updated each night)

Example Queries

Files for only male subjects

Files for only subjects over the age of 25

Files for male subjects that are also over the age of 25

Only derivative data from all subjects

Only ultrasound thickness derivative data from subjects with "active" activity level
