Notes

1. Discuss tasks progress.
   • Immediate action items were discussed. Since most team members were on vacation, duties assigned in the last meeting will be discussed in following meetings.
   • Snehal gave all necessary documentation to Izzy to add Biomomentum, Inc. to vendor list. If all goes well, the estimated time for delivery of tissue testing machine is March 20th, 2014. All clamps and accessories (bath, heater-thermocouple etc) required for tissue testing will be acquired before receipt of the machine. During this waiting time, joint testing related specifications can also be finalized (in January 2014). Joint testing on first specimen can be done in February 2014. Upon delivery of the material testing equipment, tissue testing can be done in April 2014. Data dissemination is targeted to be during May 2014.
   • Snehal will assign her duties to team members for the time she is on vacation.
   • Ahmet, Robb and Snehal will meet to discuss the camera calibration.
   • Jason and Ahmet will start focusing on preparing modeling specifications.
   • Craig and Tara checked the possible reaction of bone cement with various marker materials. All materials appear to be non-reactive.
   • Ahmet informed the Stanford University team about the task display issue at SimTK project management feature.
2. Discuss specimen transportation device design and imaging requirements.
   • A preliminary prototype of the transportation device is expected to be ready next week. Further developments will be discussed in the next meeting.
   • Snehal will schedule next imaging session once the transportation device is ready.
3. Decide tasks for the next meeting.
