Immediate Action Items:

• Ahmet
  • Disseminate joint mechanics testing data for oks004.
  • Start reviewing and accumulating segmentation and geometry generation specifications.
• Craig
  • Start evaluating previous segmentation approaches by the team as a path to segmentation of oks001.
  • Perform a literature search on stiffness properties of transverse ligament, capsule, and medial collateral ligament/menisci attachment.
  • Incorporate discussions during the meeting on the outline of imaging data manuscript.
• Snehal
  • Provide Craig access to Katie Stemmer's work.
  • Acquire gauges to verify measurements using the OTMS.
  • Order additional specimens; one similar to oks004; another non-age restrictive.
  • Address Tara's comments on specimen preparation and experimentation specifications related to tissue characterization.

  • Find all in vitro studies referenced in Galbusera et al. (2014) on ligament properties used in knee joint modeling.
  • Work with lighting when collecting sample images for the OTMS.
