• Ahmet
  • Start reviewing and accumulating segmentation and geometry generation specifications.
  • Meet with Snehal and Craig to go over OTMS.
• Craig
  • Continue evaluating previous segmentation approaches by the team as a path to segmentation of oks001.

  • Continue extracting in vitro studies (2D & 3D) referenced in Galbusera et al. (2014) on ligament properties used in knee joint modeling.

  • Incorporate discussions during the meeting on the outline of imaging data manuscript.

  • Share with Craig her previous literature search on tissue properties.
  • Add images in specimen preparation wiki page related to tissue characterization.
  • Review experimentation specifications related to tissue characterization.

  • Start accumulating literature survey on in vitro studies of ligaments in the wiki.
