• Ahmet
  • Continue working on accumulating segmentation and geometry generation specifications.
  • Upload oks009 dissection images to the in-house data management system.
  • Incorporate discussions from past meetings on the outline of imaging data manuscript.
• Craig
  • Update image segmentation specification to reflect his experience with the grow cut method in Slicer using oks001 data.
  • Incorporate discussions from past meetings on the outline of imaging data manuscript.
  • Provide sample MRI on oks009 specimen page.
  • Upload oks009 image data to the in-house data management system.
• Snehal
  • Add tissue data papers, which can be used to model tissue properties, in tissue modeling specifications wiki page.
  • Buy an external hardrive to transfer images to Carl Winalski.
  • Upload oks009 dissection images to the in-house data management system.
  • Order an additional knee specimen from a young male donor.

  • Continue filling in the manuscript in response to reviewed list of paragraphs and figures and tables for imaging data manuscript.

  • Update SimVitro scripts to move from tibiofemoral joint testing to patellofemoral joint testing for Open Knee(s) specimen.
