• Ahmet
  • Complete segmentation of MCL of oks001.
• Craig
  • Continue working on recommendations discussed in the meeting for the imaging manuscript.
  • Document resampling of cartilage surface geometry in the geometry generation specifications page.
  • Start geometry generation of other tissues and document in the geometry generation specifications page.
  • Analyze contact pressure data for all specimens and store in the repository.
  • Fine tune specifications wiki page on pressure analysis, e.g. provide sample XML output.
• Snehal
  • Test optical tissue thickness measurement system with square gauges, also evaluating uncertainty in calibration process.
  • Provide updated tissue analysis script (testing type agnostic) in the repository.
  • Back up tissue testing protocols implemented on Mach-1 testing system.
  • Start tissues testing evaluation protocols (next two weeks).
  • Continue providing quantitative information in conclusions sections of tissue testing evaluation page.

  • Provide the background for the patellofemoral joint testing manuscript.
