- Continue reproducibility testing of tension tests.
- Implement zero stress-strain estimation to tissue testing analysis code.
- Robb
- Finalize script output for generation of aggregated patellofemoral joint contact pressure plots.
- All (ongoing)
- Continue segmentation based on commitments listed in the Roadmap.
Notes:
- Discuss immediate action items from the last meeting.
- Most action items were related to the agenda items; refer to discussions below.
- Discuss progress of tissue testing protocol evaluation.
- Snehal has returned from vacation. She summarized the planned testing to evaluate the reproducibility of tensile and confined compression testing protocols. She will start implementing these. Yet, she anticipates that it will take her a few weeks to have a resolution.
- Ahmet asked Snehal whether she has implemented zero force-displacement identification in her scripts. She will work on this as well.
- Discuss progress of joint testing and imaging data manuscripts.
- Ahmet mentioned that this will be an ongoing process as he tries to allocate time to wrap the manuscripts.
- Robb informed the team that the script to generate the patellofemoral joint contact pressures is in a working condition. He will need to check the ordering of plots to ensure flexion and force levels match to labeling.
- Discuss segmentation plan and progress.
- The team went over the roadmap document. All are anticipated to put effort into segmentation. Source code repository now includes tissue volumes that are being segmented.
- Robb mentioned that William segmented all registration markers. These are in the source code repository but are not listed in the tables in the wiki. Ahmet also reminded Robb that William utilized a simplified segmentation strategy, i.e., essentially placing a spherical volume at the approximate center of the registration marker. It is likely that he corrected the boundaries after this initial segmentation. Yet, this needs to be checked.
- Snehal recommended the team to focus on the segmentation of a full knee. Ahmet noted that in the end we should have segmentations for all knees.
- Decide immediate action items for the next meeting.
- See Immediate Action Items above.
- Other.
- None noted.
