2. Discuss progress of tissue testing protocol evaluation.
   • Snehal continued evaluating and documenting the testing protocols. Repeatability tests were done for cartilage confined and unconfined compression. The repeatability was encouraging, i.e. in the worst case errors were less than 7%. So far, all cartilage tests (confined compression, unconfined compression and tension) as well as meniscus tensile tests have acceptable repeatability. Snehal will further evaluate meniscus confined and unconfined compression and, tendon and ligament tension for repeatability.
3. Discuss segmentation progress.
   • Robb identified a problem with spatial alignment of the oks004 image sets. He documented this in the specimen wiki.
