  3. Segmentation.
    • Snehal has been going over segmentation attempts by other members in the group (including interns). It appears that all components for oks001 (multiple users), all bones (Diana), registration markers (Connor), patella cartilage (Robb), medial meniscus (Tara) are segmented so far. Snehal plans to go over all of these segmentation attempts and correct/ confirm the segmentation. This will save a huge amount of time instead of redoing segmentation for all these components. Snehal can therefore focus on all ligaments: 42, lateral meniscus: 7, femoral cartilage: 7 and tibia cartilage: 7, as well as geometry generation.
