Whenever I try to change the appearance of muscles - color or opacity. i get this error
Property 'GeometryPath' not present in Object glmed1_r

Hi You need to check your emg files there must b definitely values greater than 1 even though MVC normalized. You shud try normalizing with all the trials you have for that subject including MVC. That solved my this problem. Muscle activations need to be between 0 and 1 for CEINMS lest it will throw...

I am not really sure since m writing my own script. If you are using BOPS toolbox https://simtk.org/projects/bops, it will plot it for you according to the gait cycle (%)

Not sure about other tools.
