Metabolic Rate problem

I have calculated total metabolic rate after ID process. Afterthat , I have loaded the crouch gait motion to the model then metabolic rate is same. and also metabolic rate becomes same for hemi paretic gait also. How it is possisble.

If you are using the Umberger2010MuscleMetabolicsProbe or Bhargava2004MuscleMetabolicsProbe component, then the information from ID is insufficient (you must estimate muscle forces). Please see the documentation and example:

After ID , I have done RRA & CMC then I have proceed to calculate metabolic rate then I have selected metabolic probe file from CMC result.
Is this correct process to calculate metabolic rate for normal person?

If I want to calculate metabolic rate for hemi paretic gait then should I follow the same process.

For finding metabolic rate CMC process is important for hemi paretic gait ?

Please help me.
