Hi

I want to know how I can extract one gait cycle from a simulation results. For example, I have done 10 second gait simulation but I would like to display one gait cycle that I have extracted manually so far (from heel strike to next heel strike). Is there any code to extract it based on GRF?

Hi, if force plate data is available, heel strike events would be when the resultant force exceeds a threshold of, e.g., 10N. It may get complicated if you aim to do it automatically and have multiple force plates with multiple feet contacts. You may find MOtoNMS helpful.
