Ankle sprain simulation controllers

Hello,

'm studying ankle sprain, for this I am using a inversion trapdoor (with forward dynamics). Posteriorly I built the controller plugin. Which controllers should I use for this simulation? The study focuses on the muscles soleus, peroneal long, short peroneal and anterior tibial.
