Metabolic cost, Umberger's configuration and parameters

Hello all,

I was wondering how we can find the best configuration of the Umberger model in OpenSim (negative fiber work included, fiber recruitment model enabled, etc)? And, how can we find the best value for the parameters in the setting (look at the attached pictures)?
