Problems uploading models to svn depository

Post by Tom Lintern » Tue Jan 21, 2014 4:13 pm

Hi,

I have just created two new projects and I can't seem to upload my models to them.

I tried using the svn links via the command line but I don't really know what I am doing. I tried it from our institutes hpc computers with a linux distribution and an error said "could not connect to server (https://simtk.org)". I also tried downloading the windows binaries and I also got an error message saying "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.".

Can you please help with some beginner instructions with how to submit models to each project? I feel I must be missing something fundamental.

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,

This thread probably belongs to the simtk.org website project at
https://simtk.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=11

Generally speaking, when you create a simtk.org project you'd use the downloads section to post models or documentation for sharing with the user community rather than use svn which is intended to maintain code.

Best of luck,
-Ayman
