Current version of CompuCell3D is a major upgrade of our simulation environment. The code itself runs approximately 10 times faster as compared to the previous versions. New CompuCell3D comes with full Python scripting capabilities, improved Player (vastly improved 3D graphics) , new set of modules and expanded documentation which included user manuals, developer documentation and Python scripting tutorial. We have ported build system to CMake to avoid cross -platform compilation issues.
