The SimVascular application will attempt to load a Purkinje Plugin with the same install date at startup. 

The Purkinje Plugin may fail to load if a previous version has been used. This problem can be fixed by removing the SimVascular application database instances under the platform-specific directory

   Ubuntu - /home/USERNAME/.local/share/SimVascular

   MacOS - /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/SimVascular

   Windows - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SimVascular
