- Provide screenshots and evaluation criteria on the wiki for prototype data management systems.
Notes:
- Update on documentation of preliminary work on data management system (Galaxy).
- Joy noted that the prototype using Galaxy is available. Ahmet emphasized the importance of documentation of Stanford team's experiences with this prototype. It will help the group at the Cleveland Clinic to understand the progress and appreciate the features available. In a relevant wiki page, Joy will add screenshots and the criteria they use to assess the performance of the software. This documentation will also help development of progress reports.

- Girder was installed. Joy did not have a chance to work with it yet.

Joy mentioned that consultants will start out the project. She contacted one and she has another in mind. They should be on board in the next couple of weeks. Following the launch of SimTk.org upgrade, Henry (SimTk.org web administrator) will be available to do some work on the project as well.

- Ahmet noted that it may be good to have a group meeting where Joy can meet other members of the project. He will follow up with this.
- Ahmet shared with Joy their specimen and data labeling strategy on another project. This will help as a sample set for organization of data in this project.
