Notes:
- Discuss immediate action items from past meetings.
- All action items were related to the recurring agenda items; refer to discussions below.
- In vivo testing progress.
- Experimentation continued as anticipated.
- Readiness for in vitro testing.
- Tyler scheduled an MRI session for a mock imaging in February. Specimen platform will be ready for this session. The Optotrak and LINUS integration should be at a working capacity as well. Robb and Tyler will do a pre-mock Optotrak test before the full mock.
- Robb and Tyler made space in the freezer for 30 specimen.
- Data analysis update.
- Rici reached out to Stanford University team to provide a sample data set for evaluation of the data management system. She has not received any further correspondence.
- Rici and Tyler recently collaborated to modify the file association scripts to automatically associate all files force transducer and ultrasound in the event of missing peaks in synchronization signal. The last 6 subjects were fully automated.
- Data analysis is up to date.
Modeling & simulation specifications.
- Ben has finalized scripts for assembly of models in various formats. His current focus is on utilizing FEBio in situ strain feature to compensate for the influence of gravity at the imaged state of the limb.
- Decide immediate action items for next meeting.
- See Immediate Action Items above.
- Other.
- Ahmet has been waiting final feedback for the BMES/FDA meeting abstract. He will submit it the day after this meeting.
