• Tyler
  • Continue fine tuning experimentation protocols using instrumented surgical tools.
  • Start an outline for instrumented surgical tool manuscript.
  • Continue developing other tissue testing specifications as needed.
• Ben
  • Continue developing modeling specifications.
  • Document potential test cases to include in model assembly manuscript on the wiki.
  • Continue populating the wiki page on modeling using in vitro indentation data.

  • Continue development of an outline for manuscript on tissue thickness measurement comparisons.

  • Continue segmentation for modeling and simulation.

   • All action items were related to the recurring agenda items; refer to discussions below.
2. Manuscripts update.
   • Rici received feedback on in vivo data manuscript from all the co-authors. She has been making final edits for submission. She will interact with the Stanford University team to get DOI for the data. She asked Ahmet to check the file she has uploaded in regard to subject and trial notes.
   • Ben continued to work on case studies to add to the manuscript on model assembly.
3. In vitro testing progress.
   • Tyler has had sufficient practice for tensile mechanical testing and awaits a bath housing from Biomomentum Inc. so that he can conduct testing simultaneously to Open Knee(s) testing, which also needs the bath housing.
   • Tyler has began developing the compression mechanical testing protocols adapting those of the Open Knee(s).
   • Another mock test is planned for upcoming Friday. The goal is to evaluate surface strain measurement.

4. Modeling & simulation progress.

   • Ben refined his modeling & simulation code to facilitate its use by others.
