  3. Other.

Immediate Action Items:

Notes:

  1. Update of DOI acquisition for in vivo data.
    • Stanford University team prepared an archival version of in vivo data and reserved a DOI. They sent the link to the archive and description for Cleveland Clinic team to review.
    • Cleveland Clinic team reviewed the archive content and description for the DOI reservation. Everything appeared to be in order. Rici will follow up with Henry to finalize the process.
    • Ahmet asked the difference about the activation of DOI and the reservation of it. He elaborated on the motivation of understanding this differentiation. It will help explain in the manuscript submission the state of DOI acquisition appropriately.
    • Ahmet also asked whether it would be possible to change description, e.g. to insert full manuscript information, and to implement querying interface after activation of DOI. Joy did not see any issue with this as long as the data for which DOI is obtained remains unchanged.
  2. Data management system for in vitro data.
    • Tod sent the link for a trial site and the Cleveland Clinic team started to test the site for in vitro data management. Rici identified a few issues and has already informed Tod about them. Tod has been working to resolve these and the Cleveland Clinic team will continue testing.
  3. Other.
    • Ahmet mentioned that the project will have an exhibit in IMSH 2018 and possibly a podium presentation. The data management and query system will be demonstrated as well.
    • Ahmet informed Joy that the Cleveland Clinic team will likely ask for a no cost extension. Joy indicated that the Stanford University will utilize the funds during the budget period but they will continue supporting the project.
