- Stanford University
- Fix high priority bugs for launching of in vitro data management system.
Notes:
- Ahmet asked about the progress to integrate data management system to SimTK.org. Currently, the integration is waiting Joy's approval to launch for a select group of users for testing. Stanford University has had a few other deadlines that pushed this project further in the summer.
- Tod was not able to participate the meeting. Per Joy, he was not able to focus on the in vitro data management system as SimTK.org integration required most of his time. Rici will follow up with Tod offline to ensure that bugs for the in vitro data management system are addressed.
- The data manuscript was resubmitted and in review. Stanford University generated the DOI, which was included in the resubmission.
- Ahmet, Joy, and Peter Hunter connected through a conference call to discuss model sharing and dissemination, and the data management and querying system. Joy will follow up during the World Congress of Biomechanics, where she can meet Peter.
