Scripts and surface descriptions for the generation of a whole foot mesh.

Truegrid script and necessary IGES files for an attempt to create a whole foot mesh. Surfaces obtained by manual segmentation (no smoothing); Cadaver specimen is not accessible for further data collection. Please acknowledge Scott Sibole for original script development and Cavanagh Lab (Cleveland Clinic) for support of initial attempt.Notes

Foot Testing Data
The package includes an elaborate data set collected on a cadaver foot specimen. In particular, three-dimensional mechanical response of the whole foot and its regions are provided. Mechanical testing data is supported by a medical image set for anatomical reconstruction.
